An active staff association!
We have a very active staff association that organizes several events each year. Of course, participation is completely voluntary; it’s all up to you. Every year, we take a day trip to a beautiful city, either in the Netherlands or abroad. There is usually an activity involved, but above all, it is about spending a fun and relaxing day together with all our colleagues. And naturally, there is always a toast involved.
Last spring, for example, we did a chocolate workshop. Yes, really, even the men enjoyed it. And it was delicious too, because we got to take home lots of chocolate, very handy for later.
The time leading up to the holidays is always a cheerful period at Kusters. To kick off the Christmas season, we hold our annual “warm Christmas sweater day,” complete with festive decorations throughout our offices. Not everyone enjoys Christmas, and that is fine too. Don’t like Christmas? No problem, you can just come to work as usual. Of course, not on Christmas itself.
